BUSINESS POLICIES

ARRIVAL

The door will be unlocked no earlier than five minutes before your appointment. If you get here earlier than five minutes, please do not knock on the door as I'm most likely in service and do not want to disturb that client. Please turn off or silence your cellphone before entering the studio. Your appointment is specially set aside for you to relax and unwind.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a credit card on file to hold your appointment and a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you want to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so 48 hours before your appointment. Cancelations and reschedules less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment forfeit your deposit. No show/no call incur a fee of 100% the service(s) booked. Repeat canceling, no show/no call or card declining will result in being blocked from booking future appointments.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are redeemable at face value and cannot be used toward gratuities. Cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and cannot be combined with any special offers. Gift certificates expire one year after purchase unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate.

PURCHASES & PACKAGES
Purchases on services and packages are non-refundable. If, for some reason the service(s) you purchased are not beneficial for your skin, the amount paid can be used toward a different service/package at the discretion of the owner. 

You may exchange an unopened and unused product for a different product within 14 days of purchase. Opened and used products are not refundable or exchangeable. If a reaction occurs using a new product, I must be notified within 24 hours, proof of reaction (pictures) and you must come in to have a skin analysis done. New products take an acclimation period. It's normal to experience flaking, some redness or dryness with active products. 

 

MEMBERSHIPS

An amount of $135 will be automatically charged to the card on file once a month from the signup date and is a 6 month commitment. One rollover allowed every 6 months. After 6 months, membership goes month to month. A 30 day notice to cancel is required. If you cancel within the 6 month commitment, a fee of $50 will be charged the day of cancellation and you no longer have access to any discounts. After 6 months there is no fee to cancel the membership.

No limitations on treatments or product purchases. Cannot be combined with other discounts or deals. Non-transferable and non-refundable. Discount cannot be used on gift certificates. Terms of service are subject to change. 


SERVICE ANIMALS
Only registered service animals are allowed in the studio. No emotional or therapy animals. We have the right to refuse service or end a service early if the animal is not well behaved. 

 

MULTIPLE GUESTS
Children and multiple guests are not allowed inside the studio during the service for security and safety reasons. If you need to request that someone accompany you, please call beforehand to let me know.
