The details
An amount of $135 will be automatically charged to the card on file once a month from the signup date. One rollover allowed every 6 months. After 6 months, membership goes month to month. A 30 day notice to cancel is required. If you cancel within the 6 month commitment, a fee of $50 will be charged the day of cancellation. After 6 months there is no fee to cancel the membership.
No limitations on treatments or product purchases. Cannot be combined with other discounts or deals. Non-transferable and non-refundable. Discount cannot be used on gift certificates. Terms of service are subject to change.
